Cloud Solutions Lead

As a Cloud Solutions Lead at Orange Business Digital Services, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our Public Cloud advisory approach, helping customers unlock business value through cloud transformation.
You will combine deep cloud expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, supporting consultancy, presales, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagements. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will guide clients on innovation, transformation roadmaps, and how to leverage cloud to drive growth, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Working closely with the Business Area Manager, Sales teams, and consulting teams, you will contribute to the evolution of our cloud portfolio and ensure consistent, scalable, and high-impact delivery across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Strategy & Portfolio Development
Contribute to the development and evolution of the Public Cloud portfolio.
Ensure offerings remain relevant, scalable, and differentiated in the market.
Position cloud capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
Go-to-Market & Presales
Drive go-to-market strategies and shape compelling cloud offerings.
Support presales activities including scoping, solution design, proposals, and tenders.
Deliver executive-level presentations and engage with key stakeholders.
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Advise customers on cloud strategy, innovation initiatives, and transformation roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
Recommend tailored, cloud-enabled solutions delivering tangible impact.
Delivery & Frameworks
Build scalable cloud delivery frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Coordinate customer engagements and ensure smooth handovers to delivery teams.
Enable faster time-to-market and high-quality outcomes across projects.
Leadership & Enablement
Inspire consulting teams and promote continuous improvement of delivery models.
Act as a trusted link between business, technology, and delivery teams.
As an ideal candidate you have:
Fluency in Swedish and English.
Strong technical background (e.g., Solutions Architect, Tech Lead) with Public Cloud expertise.
Deep understanding of how cloud technologies create business value in consulting environments.
Proven experience in presales, go-to-market strategies, and offer creation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
Commercial mindset with experience in innovation and transformation initiatives.
Ability to lead across teams at the intersection of technology, business, and people.
Strong Azure expertise; experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
