Do you enjoy working with the latest technologies in machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI platforms, especially in the cloud? Then we'd love to meet you!
As a Data Scientist at Orange Business, you'll work on challenging projects with leading clients, applying data science and AI to uncover insights, build predictive models, and enable smarter decision-making. Collaborate with customers and partners to understand business challenges, define use cases, and translate them into data-driven solutions;
Build and maintain scalable data and ML pipelines on the Databricks platform, leveraging Delta Lake, MLflow, and Unity Catalog;
Perform in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights;
Apply current AI and GenAI techniques, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted analytics within the Databricks ecosystem;
Monitor model performance and continuously improve solutions based on real-time feedback and evolving business objectives.

At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with a proven track record of high-impact data and AI projects.
Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform, including its built-in AI capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with Generative AI and LLM integration, including tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, Azure OpenAI, or Databricks Model Serving.
Strong Python and/or SQL skills, with experience developing and maintaining production-ready data science pipelines.
