The team, position & mission:
As a Power BI Consultant, you will join our Digital & Data team and play a key role in delivering data-driven solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop and optimize reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Python.
In this client-facing role, you will combine strong technical expertise with consulting skills to understand business needs, transform data into actionable insights, automate reporting processes, and support end users throughout the solution lifecycle. You will also contribute to technical documentation, user enablement, and the continuous improvement of data products and services.

Your key areas of responsibility as Power BI Consultant:
Design, develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Develop Python-based solutions to support data processing, automation and reporting needs.
Automate data validation processes and recurring reports to improve efficiency and data quality.
Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, translating business requirements into valuable insights.
Provide functional and technical support to clients, including training sessions and user guidance.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively communicated and delivered.
As an ideal candidate you have:
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI in data visualization and reporting projects.
Experience with Python development for data processing, automation or analytics use cases.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data integration and working with multiple data sources.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills with a consulting mindset.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
Experience working in Agile environments and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics services.
Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Power BI, Data Analytics or Azure.
