On January 23rd, our Karlsruhe team came together in Frankfurt for an exciting kick-off event, setting the stage for the year ahead. The evening started with a unique team-building experience at KETAO, where we took part in a collaborative cooking event. Divided into six groups, we worked together to create a delicious five-course meal—an experience that was both fun and a great way to strengthen our team spirit.

The next day, we continued with inspiring presentations and engaging discussions, focusing on our goals and opportunities for the coming year. It was the perfect way to align as a team, exchange ideas, and build momentum for 2024.
