🌟 Highlighting the Importance of Well-Being on World Mental Health Day 🌟
In connection with World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we wanted to shine a light on the importance of self-care – both mentally and physically. To support this, our people & culture team in the Swedish office organized a Health Week filled with activities aimed at promoting holistic well-being and helping our employees find balance in their daily lives.
During the week, we had the privilege of hosting the inspiring Gunnar Söderström, who shared valuable insights on how our thoughts influence both our abilities and the well-being of ourselves and those around us. Alongside this, we arranged a variety of activities, including:
- Bodypump and Yoga sessions at SATS 🧘♂️
- Floorball matches
- Relaxing massages to unwind and restore balance 💆♂️
- Cozy breakfasts to start the day together ☕️🥐
This week reminded us of the importance of taking care of one another, and we remain committed to fostering a workplace where well-being is a top priority. Together, we continue to make this vision a reality!
