At Orange Business, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner IT CRM / Marketing Automation Consultant to strengthen our Customer Experience practice. As a CRM & Marketing Automation expert, you will support major international clients across consulting assignments, CRM platform implementations, and long‑term embedded roles within our clients’ digital and marketing organizations.
For this assignment, you will join the central IT CRM agile Squad of a leading international brand, operating across Paris and Geneva. The squad includes a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Tech Lead, three Adobe Campaign V8 developers, and dedicated support specialists. Together, the team delivers evolution and innovation on a global CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
Fully integrated in the client's headquarters CRM organisation, your mission will be to maximize the value delivered by the CRM Squad, ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery, and support the continuous improvement of CRM capabilities used across multiple brands and markets.
Your key areas of responsibility as Product Owner IT CRM / Marketing Automation Consultant
CRM Product Ownership & Agile Leadership
Act as the primary owner of the CRM product backlog (Jira), ensuring clear prioritization, transparency, and continuous refinement.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews), ensuring alignment with Scrum best practices and the team’s delivery rhythm.
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and tech leads to maximize sprint value and guarantee smooth delivery.
Business Requirements & Stakeholder Management
Collect, challenge, and translate business needs from CRM teams and local/global stakeholders into clear user stories and project briefs.
Prioritize initiatives based on business value, risks, and dependencies; communicate decisions and impacts across global and local teams.
Maintain strong relationships with CRM users across several countries and brands, organizing check‑ins, training, and satisfaction reviews.
Marketing Automation & Technical Coordination
Guide delivery of new CRM features, campaign enhancements, automation workflows, and platform evolutions on Adobe Campaign V8 (or similar platforms such as Salesforce).
Adjust acceptance criteria, validate functional completeness, and ensure high technical integrity of platform developments.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Legal, Data, UX/UI, Security) to secure alignment and manage dependencies.
Governance, Compliance & Performance
Ensure all CRM workflows and data handling processes comply with GDPR and global data protection guidelines.
Support continuous improvement by monitoring project outcomes, performing post‑launch reviews, and consolidating best practices.
Continuous Innovation & Market Watch
Stay up to date on CRM and marketing automation innovations, proposing improvements or new solutions to increase campaign efficiency and overall user experience.
As an ideal candidate, you have:
Proven CRM Product Owner Experience
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in CRM/IT within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong hands‑on knowledge of CRM campaign and automation platforms – ideally Adobe Campaign Classic/V8, or similar solutions (Salesforce, etc.).
Technical & Business Acumen
Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Experience managing complex backlogs, structuring user stories, and ensuring clear functional documentation.
Outstanding Communication & Collaboration Skills
Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, developers, and cross‑functional teams.
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical & Performance‑Driven Mindset
Ability to assess value, evaluate KPIs, and drive data‑based improvements.
International Exposure & Language Skills
Fluency in English is mandatory.
French is a strong plus.
Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams is highly appreciated.
