Check out some of our ongoing project:

• Orange Business dives into restoration of the coral reefs with Tēnaka:
  In order to monitor the effects of coral restoration programs, we are designing, implementing and monitoring a fish diversity counting system using Computer Vision.

• We are supporting a European satellite fleet operator with the analysis of telemetry data to ensure an early detection of any anomaly in the satellite input and output signals and speed up the resolution process, hence improving the quality of service.

• Our customer Sappi, a global pulp and paper company, requested our help to significantly reduce energy costs and offer capacity in energy balancing markets on a daily basis by creating, deploying and optimizing multiple forecasting algorithms.

• Agentic AI: automatizing part of the customer service for major retailer through multi-agentic system integrating ERP, CRM data and unstructured technical product documentation

• Our Redbull Customer, requested us to provide an agentic AI on one of their website to support a end-user creative/brainstorming request.

• Our internal AI team is focusing on reviewing / re-inventing our way to providing IT Consultancy services leveraging power of AI agents and Coding models.

What You’ll Do:
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with

We are seeking a visionary and skilled (Gen)AI Expert to join our AI tribe.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business and the technical stakeholders, crafting bespoke AI-driven roadmaps and solution designs, based on our clients’ challenges and our service offering catalog. You’ll be at the forefront of leveraging (generative) AI to drive business innovation across various sectors.

Your multifaceted key areas of responsibility as a (Gen)AI lead:

• Pre-sales support: act as a technical expert to support pre-sales activities, including offer writing, qualification meetings, value proposition consolidation etc.

• Stakeholder engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

• Technical Vision: Craft a tailored generative AI technical vision to drive value and innovation and communicate the strategy in simple and impactful terms.

• Collaboration with Data Specialists: Collaborate with data specialists on topics like data governance, data infrastructure, and architecture to support the Generative AI projects.

• AI Roadmaps: Define and oversee the development of AI roadmaps and ideation sessions at our clients, ensuring they are pragmatic, achievable, and aligned with strategic business initiatives.

• Generative AI Applications: Guide the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI applications.

• Organizational Literacy: Support organizational literacy and management buy-in on Generative AI topics.

• Coaching : Act as a coach for our Data scientists/AI engineers

Who you are:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in French and/or Dutch + English

Your technical expertise:

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Science and AI.

• AI and GenAI Solutions: Deep technical understanding of production-grade AI and GenAI solutions - Proven track record in designing and developing AI solutions and strategies driving business growth or transformation.

• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder groups.

• Advisory & Leadership: At least 2 years of experience acting as an advisor or thought leader on Data & AI initiatives.

• Data Governance and Architecture: Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Architecture key principles

• Knowledge Updates: Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of GenAI technologies and best practices
