After a few years, I was interested in project management and were directly allowed to take up such a role on a mission, follow trainings, and to switch to the project management team. More recently I decided to jump back to a more technical position, and the business once again listened to my ambition: I was able to take several trainings and certifications, and I am now an experienced Data Engineer
