Play a key role in enabling organizations to deliver customer-centric digital experiences by designing, integrating, and operating Customer Engagement solutions.
As part of our Customer Engagement Solutions team, you will focus on the technical implementation and integration of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Working closely with our Customer Engagement Consulting team, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects — from solution design to deployment and optimization — leveraging technologies such as Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation, APIs, and data pipelines.
Based in Brussels, you will join a team of technical experts passionate about data, integration, and digital experience platforms, collaborating across industries to deliver impactful solutions.
What you’ll do:
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with
Solution Implementation & Integration
Participate in the implementation and configuration of Customer Engagement platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Develop and configure data integrations between systems (CRM, websites, mobile apps, third-party tools) using APIs and connectors.
Support the setup of tracking, data collection and data ingestion pipelines (e.g. SDKs, web tracking, event-based architectures).
Data & Architecture
Contribute to the design of data models and schemas within Customer Engagement solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across platforms.
Assist in defining and implementing identity resolution and customer profiles.
Technical Delivery
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design scalable and robust solutions.
Support testing activities (integration testing, UAT) and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaboration
Work closely with consultants and business stakeholders to understand use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in workshops to gather technical requirements and explain solution capabilities.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of technical practices.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
Develop your expertise in Customer Engagement technologies and ecosystems.
Stay up to date with trends in MarTech, data engineering, and AI-driven marketing.
Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve solution delivery.

Your technical expertise:
0–2 years of experience (internship or first experience) in software development, data, or integration.
Basic knowledge of APIs (REST), JSON, and system integration concepts.
Familiarity with data concepts (data modelling, databases, SQL basics).
Understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, tracking, web architecture) is a plus.
Exposure to Customer Engagement / MarTech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of event-driven architectures or streaming data.
Interest in AI / personalization / recommendation systems.
