Last Wednesday, November 5th, we kicked off our Agentic AI roadshow at our Brussels office. We brought together leaders, innovators, and hands-on practitioners to go beyond the hype and focus on what actually delivers value with agentic systems: safe scaling, measurable outcomes, and the operating principles that keep both.
5 key lessons that stood out
Start simple, scale with intent. Not every problem needs an agent. Architecture follows context, complexity, and governance.
Escape “POC purgatory.” Operational excellence begins on day one: robust design, integration, observability, and lifecycle management.
Accountability is non-negotiable. Transparency, auditability, and compliance are pre-requisites for production value.
Transformation is human. Culture, skills, and mindset are the fuel that sustain innovation, tools alone won’t deliver it.
Outcomes over novelty. Agentic AI only matters when it moves the needle on efficiency, speed, and customer experience.
