Can you tell us about how you first came in contact with Orange Business?
I had a friend who had started working at what was then called Business & Decision. He told me about his positive experience with the company and that motivated me to join them.
Can you tell us a bit about your work as a Delivery Center Lead, what does your position include and what are the responsibilities?
As a Delivery Center Lead, I must make the link between customer needs and the deliverables that the team produces. To do this, I must ensure that we have the right information throughout the projects, so that the team can move forward with complete peace of mind and thus provide what the customer requests.
Can you tell us a bit about what you are currently working on?
Currently we are working on different projects in digital marketing. This is very interesting because we must take into account all the diversity of our client's ecosystems, this goes through data flows, up to the creation of the content that the customer will receive via different channels (email, sms, whatApp). For this I am happy to have an experienced team in a multitude of technologies who work hand in hand.
What is it that you enjoy the most with your position and what you do?
What I appreciate most in my position is working in a team and seeing how we can create a fully functional project together from scratch.
What education do you have to be able to do this job?
I have a master´s degree in Electronics and Industrial Information Technology.
What do you personally enjoy the most about working at Orange Business in Luxembourg?
What I particularly appreciate about working here is being able to work together with a team of experts to implement innovative solutions.
