We are seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable professional to join our internal finance team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our FP&A Manager, receiving ongoing support and guidance. You will be assigned to one of the entities managed by our finance department: Orange Business Digital Belgium, where your role will be vital in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting business operations

What you’ll do:

• Prepare monthly client invoices, ensuring appropriate documentation is provided (including timesheets, purchase order numbers, etc.).

Your soft skills & technical expetise:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in handling challenging client interactions.

• Advanced competency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Demonstrates accountability and initiative, delivering high-quality work in accordance with established procedures.

• Fluency in French or Dutch, and English is mandatory.

• Exhibits a friendly, approachable demeanor and works well within a team environment.
