In end of January Norway held a local kick-off, and it was nothing short of an inspiring start to the year!

The day began with Sara Murby Forste and Hans Werner, who shared insightful perspectives on our strategy leading up to 2030—a powerful reminder of the importance of leading the way in a rapidly changing world.

Pierrick Reglioni followed with an engaging session on how Data & AI can unlock real value when built on a foundation of solid IT and infrastructure. Bjorn Rasmussen from Orange Cyberdefense then guided us through future security challenges with the Security Navigator 2025, offering a clear and actionable plan for navigating tomorrow's threats.

Adding a local perspective, Knut Grøvan, Bjart Kvarme, and Kristina Bergstad provided honest and inspiring reflections on what lies ahead for our Norwegian team. The day concluded with an impactful talk by Sigurd Granmark, who tied it all together with a challenge to think differently and embrace new opportunities.

It was a day filled with energy, insights, and a collective drive to make 2025 and beyond our best years yet. We're ready to take on the future together!
