Our history in the Netherlands
Our move… from Dom to Dam
For many years Business & Decision Netherlands was located in this beautiful city. Known as the fourth largest city in the Netherlands and located in the central part of the country. It has a long and rich history, dating back to Roman times. The city is known for its medieval architecture, charming canals, and vibrant cultural scene.
Utrecht is home to the iconic Dom Tower, which is the tallest church tower in the Netherlands and offers stunning views of the city. Overall, Utrecht offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and modern amenities, making it a popular destination.
Leaving the old office after 13 years and moving to the new office on the 1st of July 2022 in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam is the capital city of the Netherlands and is known for its picturesque canals, tulip fields, and vibrant culture. It has a rich history, starting as a small fishing village in the 12th century and growing into a major trading hub in the 17th century, also known as the Dutch Golden Age.
The city is famous for its well-preserved historic center, the Dam square, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The canal belt, with its charming canal houses and known for its open-minded and liberal atmosphere.
What do they have in common?
Both cities have a rich and significant history. Both cities are known for their extensive and beautiful canal networks. Utrecht has a series of picturesque canals that run through its historic city center, while Amsterdam is famous for its UNESCO-listed canal belt, which features over 100 kilometers of canals and more than 1,500 bridges.
Both cities offer a wide range of cultural attractions. Historic landmarks as well as its vibrant nightlife and entertainment scene. Utrecht and Amsterdam both have prestigious universities. Utrecht University, founded in 1636, is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in the Netherlands. Amsterdam boasts the University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, making it a major center for higher education in the country.
And both cities are known for their diverse and multicultural population. Amsterdam has a reputation for being a tolerant and inclusive city, attracting people from all around the world.
It is important to note that while Utrecht and Amsterdam share several similarities, they also have their distinct characteristics and identities.

Becoming Orange Business
In 2023 we found that the time was ripe to move to Amsterdam Sloterdijk. When moving, we colored the whole floor Orange, as we are all one brand now: in 2023 we didn't only change office, we also changed our name into Orange Business!
