The team, position & mission:
Are you willing to kickstart your career at Orange Business Digital Services? By attending one of our two academies (approximately 6 weeks long)-- Cloud & Data academy or Customer Experience Academy – you will learn soft and hard skills along with the concepts underlying the leading technologies on the market in these areas of expertise. You will get a solid foundation, by working on real-world examples and you will be learning from industry experts alongside other young graduates. At the end of the academy, you are expected to present a global use case in front of a jury of subject matter experts and managers. After which you will join Orange Business Digital Services, as part of a multi-functional team where everyone contributes and shares their knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.

Your key areas of responsibility as a Junior Customer Experience Consultant:
- Active Participation: Fully engage in all aspects of the academy, including lectures, workshops, group projects, and hands-on exercises.
- Learning and development: Grasp the fundamental concepts during the academy through practical application and theoretical study.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with industry experts, trainers, and fellow young workers to solve challenges, share insights, and foster a culture participation and knowledge sharing.
- Contribution on projects: Contribute actively to the global use case, aimed at demonstrating your mastery of the academy's learnings and methodologies at the end of the cursus.
- Agile approach: Embrace an agile mindset and methodology, adapting quickly to changing requirements
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Engineering, Digital Marketing, Management Information Systems or a similar field
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- A strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
- Strong interest in technology, business transformation and innovation.
- Eager to learn new skills & ready to be trained.
- Data-minded or interest in (digital) marketing processes.
- Fluency in one of the national languages (Dutch/French) and good understanding of the other. Full proficiency in English
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
- Experience in working with cloud-based technologies is an asset.
- Exposure to CRM and Digital marketing tools and processes (Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, Salesforce, web analytics, customer profiling, outbound/inbound marketing, website personalization) is an advantage.
- Internship, personal projects, or a first experience in consulting, development or implementation projects is a plus.
