- For Luxair we are building a comprehensive passenger experience system to enhance customer satisfaction and market growth.
We are expanding rapidly across Europe and seeking a CRM Functional Analyst to join a highly motivated team of 14 members.
Your key areas of responsibility as a CRM Functional Analyst:
- Performing in depth analysis: gap analysis, analyzing customer insights and functional analysis.
- Bridge between business & technical people: understanding the business needs of the customers and being able to translate those into technical requirements for our consultants.
- Tool configuration: configure and customize the CRM & Power Platform applications to best fit the client’s needs.
- Backlog & Product Lifecycle Management: Being responsible for product’s scope & quality delivery.
Your interests & soft skills:
- Digital Transformation and CRM-Solutions
- Proactive mindset and creativity to tackle challenges and reach out to the expected result.
- Excellent communication; presentation and influencing skills while presenting to any audience.
- Being able to translate technical subjects to make it understandable for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are a true team player, and you value collaboration to succeed.
- Persuasive communication and presentation skills in French or Dutch and fluent English.
- You are structured and do your work with a ‘make it generic’ mindset.
Your technical expertise:
- Excellent analytical skills- with prior experience in analyzing needs via workshops & interviews.
- Good consulting skills- providing guidance to stakeholders and end users when implementing a solution.
- Knowledge of CRM solution and willingness to learn Dynamics 365. Knowledge of Power Platform is appreciated.
- Expertise with the Out of the Box applications like Customer Service, Sales, Customers Insight or Power Portal is valued.
- Knowledge of methodologies and best practices: Agile, FastTrack, Success by Design is recommended.
