- For Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are developing a management solution for Belgian citizen evacuation.
- For Tourism of Wallonia, we are creating a digital platform to regulate and promote local tourism.
- For Luxair we are building a comprehensive passenger experience system to enhance customer satisfaction and market growth.
We are expanding rapidly across Europe and seeking a CRM Dynamics Technical Consultant to join a highly motivated team of 19 members.
Your key areas of responsibility as a CRM Dynamics Technical Consultant:
- Developing business solutions: using C# and ASP. Net, HTLM, JavaScript.
- Configuring and customizing: the CRM software to align with business processes, developing custom modules, workflows, and reports.
- Integration of the CRM system: with other business applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Stakeholder Communication: communicate with different stakeholders such as clients and project managers to ensure project goals are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Your technical expertise:
- CRM or Dynamics 365 implementation with knowledge of: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service (at least one of the modules).
- Prior experience with integrations such as Power Platform and Dynamics 365 app with a third-party solution
- Expertise with the Out of the Box applications like Customer Service, Sales, Customers Insight or Power Portal is valued.
- Knowledge of methodologies and best practices: Agile, FastTrack, Success by Design is recommended.
- A nice to have is experience with an Azure cloud solution: Data Factory, Data Lake and Web API
