Digital Transformation & Business Consultant – Digital & Data

The team, position & mission
Are you enthusiastic about combining strategic customer contact, substantive data solutions and identifying new commercial opportunities? As a Digital Transformation & Business Consultant at Orange Business, you will play a key role in understanding and translating complex customer challenges and building sustainable customer relationships. In this hybrid role, you will work as a consultant on customer projects on the one hand and on developing new business initiatives within our Digital & Data propositions in Spain on the other.
You will work with various business areas such as Operational Excellence, Customer Engagement, and other digital domains, with a focus on sectors such as insurance, manufacturing, and retail.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director for the South of Europe cluster, you'll lead the charge in accelerating our growth across the region.

Your main responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor to our clients, strategist for our business, and a driver of real transformation.
As a consultant:
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to assess their digital & data maturity, defining transformation roadmaps, and aligning technology with business goals
- Translating business challenges into actionable digital solutions, from concept to delivery
- Designing and facilitating workshops with cross-functional client teams, fostering alignment and innovation
- Applying methodologies such as Business Process Modeling, Requirements Analysis and Data Modeling
- Partnering with data scientists, developers, designers, and other consultants to co-create impactful solutions
- Managing workstreams or project modules, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and measurable value
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as a trusted advisor
As a business builder:
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing and new customers
- Commanding the full portfolio in the Spanish market, setting clear priorities and focus areas for the local team
- Drawing up and executing commercial plans in line with our Digital & Data strategy positioning us as market leader in Spain
- Being the voice of the client, engaging directly to understand their needs and create lasting, trusted partnerships
- Translating customer needs into feasible (custom) solutions with a clear business case
- Defining the talent roadmap, identifying the key skills and profiles needed to match market demand
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, factions and delivery to achieve growth ambitions
- Facilitating workshops and presentations for different target groups

The expertise that makes it happen
- A strong academic background (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar; Master/MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or related roles
- Familiarity with key digital enablers: cloud, AI, automation, advanced analytics, CX platforms, and agile delivery
- Proven success in consultative sales, solution selling, or complex commercial processes
- Fluency in Spanish and English — able to communicate with clarity and confidence across teams and clients
