The team & mission:
The ServiceNow Platform Team in the Engineering department at Orange Business is responsible for the continuous development, governance, and integration of the ServiceNow platform across our internal organization and customer environments.
Our core team is based in Norway, distributed across several locations. Developers joining our Madrid office will be integrated into the team and work seamlessly with their Norwegian counterparts through established agile practices, shared governance structures, and collaborative tools.
We support key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and CSM – with a growing focus on Customer Portals, Service Operations, and digital experience. Our mission is to deliver scalable, high-quality platform solutions that enhance service delivery, automation, and operational insight.

The position:
We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer located in Madrid to join our existing team in Norway. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
You will work closely with our platform architects, service owners, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). In addition to TPSM and CSM, you will contribute to initiatives across ITOM, ITSM, and SecOps including integrations, service portal design and automation.
Joining this team gives you a chance to play a central role in requirements specification, solution design, and hands-on implementation. Your contribution will directly impact strategic development efforts and continuous improvement of the platform. The position reports to Head of Production Control and involves active participation in the wider ServiceNow governance structure.
Your key areas of responsibility as Senior ServiceNow Developer:
- Develop, configure, and maintain advanced features within ServiceNow (TPSM, CSM, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps)
- Design, implement, and optimize customer portals and app services
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Service bridge and MID Servers
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure compliance with CSDM
- Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint delivery
- Contribute to platform governance, documentation, and quality assurance
As an ideal candidate you have:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer)
- Proven expertise in TPSM and CSM, especially customer portal configurations
- Experience with at least one of: ITOM, SecOps, or ITSM modules
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, data integrations, and MID Server architecture
- Comfortable working in an agile team with cross-functional collaboration
It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
- Familiarity with Service Operations (event, incident, problem correlation)
- Knowledge of database queries (e.g. SQL)
