Technical Support and Maintenance Specialist
In Orange Business a Company within the Orange Group (OBS Digital), we are looking for a Support Technician with previous experience in Service Desk and incident management to join a team for a major project in the telecommunications sector. The position is based in Madrid and carried out hybrid.

Responsibilities
- Provide support and manage incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore failed IT services as quickly as possible, and identify root causes to prevent recurrence (problem management).
- Document troubleshooting steps, incident details, and service restoration information.
- Ability to identify problems.
- Verify resolution of assigned incidents.
- Review, monitor, and validate scheduled tasks.
- Availability for paid 24/7 on-call shifts for critical service incidents or scheduled tasks, rotating with the team.
- Monitor and track service KPIs.
- Perform proactive maintenance tasks to prevent incidents and problems.

Minimum Requirements
- Technical education in IT (Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar).
- Intermediate English level – B2.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Telco environments.
- Analytical and network problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Availability for 24/7 shifts.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience with 3G / 4G mobile networks.
- General understanding of 5G networks.
- IP networking knowledge.
- Experience with virtualized infrastructure environments.
- Ability to read and manage technical documentation.
