Why Orange Business Services GmbH is a Great Place to Work:
One of our priorities at Orange Business Services GmbH is to create an exceptional "Employee Experience" for our employees. Essential for attaining this aim is the invaluable feedback from our employees. To gather this feedback, we use various formats, including the annual employee survey conducted following the methodology of Great Place to Work (GPTW).

We are very proud that, due to the positive feedback from our employees, we have once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work this year.

Compared to last year's GPTW survey, our efforts have resulted in significant improvements in the realm of communication and transparency.

We recognize that consistent, transparent communication is an often underestimated cornerstone of a thriving corporate culture, and we have dedicated substantial efforts to this aspect in recent months. We are pleased with the encouraging feedback from our employees serving as a testament to the progress we have made.

Moreover, our employees value the flexibility we offer as an employer, including initiatives aimed at fostering work-life balance and the opportunity to work remotely regularly.

Responding to feedback from our employees, we have undertaken additional initiatives, such as relocating our Berlin office. By the end of March, we moved to a new, modernly equipped office featuring not only ergonomic workstations but also designated areas for meetings and collaboration. Height-adjustable desks and 34’’ curved screens have been incorporated to promote physical well-being and enhance the overall work experience.

The positive results of the GPTW survey reinforce our commitment to continue implementing improvements aimed at enhancing the Employee Experience and fostering employee satisfaction throughout the organization.
