As a Solution Architect at Orange Business, I primarily focus on VMware and EUC. We excel in crafting the ultimate workspace experience. Whether our employees are at home or in the office, ensuring they have a consistent user experience is vital, regardless of the device they’re using—be it a laptop or a smartphone. They should always expect a seamless user experience, enabling them to launch all applications and perform their work efficiently.

A Warm Welcome
Four months into my return, after nearly ten years with Login Consultants, now operating under the Orange Business banner, I took a detour. But as they say, you can't fight your true calling. After a year, it was time to come back. I didn’t even contemplate another employer; I simply wanted to return to the comfort of a familiar environment. What I missed the most was the strong sense of collaboration and the connection with colleagues. At Orange Business, you're embraced with warmth—there’s not only a friendly and approachable team, but also direct lines to management. We’re always there for each other. For instance, if there’s a problem at a client site, you can count on your colleagues. Everyone is ready to think along and provide support, making for a very pleasant working environment. Though I've been with the company for a decade, I'm still considered relatively new. Some colleagues have been here much longer, which speaks volumes about the company culture.

Room for Growth
At Orange Business, there is ample opportunity for personal development. We regularly organize knowledge sessions to update each other on the latest industry trends or to share our project experiences. During casual pizza sessions, we break down how certain solutions work, how to implement them, and potential pitfalls. We also have an annual flagship event with multiple parallel sessions, offering colleagues a choice in what they want to learn. Plus, there are practice teams focused on specific technologies. For example, I'm part of the VMware team, but there are also Microsoft and Citrix teams. These groups collaborate to develop solutions, which we test in a lab setting. The outcomes and best practices are documented in blogs, allowing all colleagues to benefit from shared insights. Furthermore, we can attend trainings offered by external parties, encompassing both technical and soft skills, like presentation techniques. All these are exciting endeavors to engage in alongside your regular duties.
